Fuel Greatness with School Breakfast

By Sponsored Advertising Content April 23, 2016

Fuel Up to Play 60, an in-school health and wellness program launched by National Dairy Council and the NFL in collaboration with the USDA, is helping bring awareness to the importance of school breakfast. The program encourages schools to implement alternative breakfast models, such as ‘Grab and Go’ and ‘Breakfast in the Classroom’, that help students kick start their day.

In celebration of National School Breakfast Week (March 7-11), and National Nutrition Month (March), Fuel Up to Play 60 hosted school and community events across the country with NFL players raising awareness and empowering students, parents and community leaders to take action to ensure everyone has access to breakfast.
