The Junior Counselor program is designed to give your 13 or 14 year old practical, hands-on, work experience in a day camp setting. Junior Counselors will work hand in hand with the McAllister Summer Camp staff to ensure that campers have a fun, safe, and enjoyable camp experience.
Expectations
Junior Counselors will assist McAllister Camp staff while simultaneously learning valuable leadership skills. Junior Counselors will also be required to complete an application and take part in a formal interview, thus allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the job interview process.
