Description
ECC MOPS/MOMSnext of Lafayette, Indiana, exists to nurture a community that allows each mom to grow as an individual and in relationships with her family, other moms, and Jesus. MOPS stands for "Mothers of Preschoolers," a program designed to nurture mothers with children, infants through kindergarten. MOMSnext is designed for mothers with school-age children.
Each meeting provides an inviting environment where women can come--just as they are--to build friendships, be encouraged, and gain practical parenting strategies--all while their children are lovingly cared for in the MOPS Kids Program.
A typical meeting includes sharing breakfast together, listening to a speaker on a topic of interest to mothers of young children, spending some time in conversation with other moms, and doing a creative activity. If you would like more specific information about our MOPS group, check out our website. Join our Facebook group for current information on meetings, Moms Night Out, and playdates. If you have any additional questions or plan to attend a meeting, please email ECC MOPS at least one week in advance, since this assists us in getting child care lined up.
All meetings are 9:30-11:30 am in the Life Center Auditorium.
