Description
Mark your calendars and pull out your play clothes…we’re taking the party to the barn! “Riversidians” of all ages, join us out at the event barn and pavilion at Wea Creek Orchard on Sunday, October 6th, from 4:00-7:00. We will have a square dance beginning at 4:30, a chili cook-off with eating beginning at 5:30, and all the fun that just comes with being together that will last the whole time! This would be a great opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to join in on the fun. Riverside will provide tableware and drinks; all you need to bring is a crockpot full of your favorite recipe of chili and the fixin’s that go with it, and maybe another side (you know…like cornbread or some kind of dessert…). Because this is a chili cook-off, there will be a prize for the chili with the most votes awarded at 6:30! Sign up below so we can have an idea of how many are coming, and if you would like to help before or after, you can indicate that as well.
