Description
Art sessions begin with a brief meditation and check in. An art directive will be given and supplies distributed. You will have about 45 minutes to create a piece. Afterward, as a group, we will discuss our pieces and hopefully you will leave with a sense of understanding yourself more, feel more confident, have some fun, and definitely feel less stressed. 8 person max, in person.
30 minute intake required for participation. Please try to attend most sessions as consistent participation builds community and trust in the group and your child will hopefully feel more familiar with the process. Call to schedule intake to be considered for the group.
