Class Description:
Welcome to Creative Kids Yoga & Mindfulness, a fun and engaging class designed to nurture your child’s creativity, body awareness, and emotional well-being. In this interactive class, children will explore the benefits of yoga, art, and mindfulness through playful activities and imaginative exercises.
Class Highlights:
- Yoga Adventures: Children will embark on exciting yoga journeys using playful poses and breathing techniques. Each session will incorporate storytelling and themed yoga adventures to make movement enjoyable and engaging.
- Art Exploration: After a fun yoga session, kids will express their creativity through process art projects. Each art activity is designed to enhance fine motor skills and provide a creative outlet.
- Mindfulness Moments: Through simple, age-appropriate mindfulness exercises, children will learn techniques to calm their minds and develop emotional resilience. Activities such as guided imagery, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques will help children build a sense of inner peace.

Notes:
Age suggestion- 5+ years old.
No previous experience necessary.
What to bring:
Be sure to dress in clothes that are comfy can get messy, and maybe bring a change of clothes to be safe.
Bring a refillable water bottle.
Yoga mats are provided, although you may bring your own.
